Group Product Manager, Applied AI, Google Cloud

• Define and execute a roadmap that directly increases merchant conversion rates, scales basket sizes, and reduces customer service overhead through automated, intelligent intervention.
• Prototype and demo AI agents to bridge the gap between abstract concepts and functional products.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into polished, intuitive, and high-fidelity experiences, ensuring every edge case in the commerce journey is handled with precision.
• Lead the full product lifecycle with a bias for action, from initial discovery and in-depth search Product Requirements Document (PRDs) to final deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Partner directly with retail customers to pilot new features, ensuring the AI agents solve high-value problems and achieve delightful shopper experiences.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
